Di era digitalisasi, keandalan dan kinerja aplikasi sangat penting untuk kelangsungan bisnis. Dalam penelitian ini, metode McCall berguna dalam mengidentifikasi atribut kualitas perangkat lunak, khususnya faktor review produk yang mencakup rawatan, fleksibilitas, pengujian dan kualitas dokumentasi. Pada saat itu Persaingan dalam industri layanan pesan semakin ketat, dan aplikasi email harus berinovasi dan beradaptasi dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Data yang ada dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan wawancara kepada salah satu karyawan dan beberapa pengguna aplikasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan untuk faktor review produk menunjukkan Maintainability sebesar 53,6%, Flexibility sebesar 88%, Testability sebesar 42% dan&nbsp; Documentation Quality. sebesar 67,6%. Hasilnya Penelitian harus memberikan rekomendasi khusus untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi, terutama dalam hal Maintainability, Flexibility, Testability, dan Documentation Quality.</span></p> Abid Fadzurrohman Nur Hadian M.
